Join us for a journey of learning, connection, and community with the Leadership Learning Lab

The Leadership Learning Lab is a 10-month program that combines adaptive and collaborative leadership, time management, and a suite of nonprofit and cross-sector capacity-building skills.  It invests directly in leaders as a way to strengthen their organizations and the communities they serve. 

The Leadership Learning Lab is designed to help you:

The LLL combines monthly learning sessions, individual reflection, small group learning pods, and ongoing support. You will have the opportunity to deepen relationships with leaders in your community and across northern lower Michigan.

Learning session topics will include:

"LLL has been an incredible way for me to learn about Adaptive Leadership and collaboration. The thoughtful structure of this year long learning lab really supported me in creating significant and important shifts in my leadership practices. I so appreciated the pacing of the learning sessions which coincided with learning pod partners outside of the monthly meetings.
